thatgirlgwen: What a breathtaking pie. Tonight when my sweet friend Katie came over for dinner, I tried another Ottolenghi recipe. His Broccoli and Gorgonzola Pie marries fresh broccoli with sharp blue cheese and bittersweet tarragon, all nestled into a thin layer of cream sauce and a crust of puff pastry. I made Kim’s lightened version, which calls for a single crust and a little less cheese, but I did add the tarragon, as the original recipe specifies.
